Shots fired on Lurvera 

Halloween night gunfire punched bullet holes through a kitchen wall of a Luvera Street residence.

Plymouth police report the dwelling’s resident alerted authorities the following afternoon (November 1) that she heard gunshots about 11 pm., Friday, October 31, and discovered the bullet holes when she awoke about four hours later and entered her kitchen about 3 a.m.

Police say there no immediate suspects.

 

Pembroke assault 

No charges are filed in an assault on a 41-year-old woman by her son and his girlfriend since the mother chose not to prefer charges.

According to Plymouth police, they were dispatched to a Pembroke Circle address about 8:35 a.m., Thursday, November 6, for a fight in progress. Responding police found two of the fight participants had departed. The 41-year-old mother said her 21-year-old son and his 22-year-old girlfriend had been arguing and the pair assaulted her when she tried to break up their disagreement.

The victim chose not to pursue criminal charges.

 

Car crashes into building

Charges are pending against an identified suspect after video surveillance recorded a vehicle crashing into a Water Street building and then leaving the scene on the night of Sunday, November 2. Police reports gleaned through video evidence indicate the vehicle struck the building at 125 West Water Street and left the scene about 10:18 p.m. that night.

 

Altercations abound  

Investigation continues into a reported altercation in the vicinity of Wahington and Water streets on Halloween, Friday, October 31, about 6:30 p.m. during a Halloween celebration downtown.

An unnamed 33-year-old man was taken to the hospital for treatment after causing a disturbance at the Royal Farms Plymouth location Sunday, November 2.

Police responded to the call about 3:06 a.m. to discover the suspect was in need of medical assistance. He was transported to Washington Regional Medical Center after involuntary commitment papers were secured.
