Plymouth police, with crucial assists from county deputies, corralled five suspects who fled from a suspicious scene off of Wilson Street last week.
Plymouth Police Chief Louis Banks said felony charges of fleeing to elude are in progress for the suspects — four male juveniles and an 18-year- old male — while police continue to investigate the underlying motive that triggered a 911 call.
