TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed with the Clerk of Superior Court of Tyrrell County, North Carolina, by Archie Ray Spear to have the Court order the issuance of a new Certificate of Title for Registered Estate No. 174 to Archie Ray Spear, a copy of which is of record in Book 237, Page 200, Tyrrell County Registry. Petitioner prays of the court that pursuant to Sections 43-17 of the North Carolina General Statutes, a new Certificate of Title for Registered Estate Number 174 be issued in the name of Archie Ray Spear or to such other parties to this proceeding as the Court shall deem proper, and registered in the Tyrrell County Registry, to replace the original Certificate of Title which has been inadvertently lost or destroyed. Registered Estate Number 174 is more particularly described as follows: Registered Estate No. 174, being Tract No. 25, which is a divided portion of Registered Estate No. 154, map of which is recorded in Map Book 1, Page 93-A, Public Registry of Tyrrell County, said map being referred to for magnetic courses describing said Tract No. 25. All persons having or claiming any interest or estate in the lands described above are hereby given notice to appear before the Clerk of Superior Court of Tyrrell County on the 29th day of September, 2026 at 11:00 o’clock AM to show cause why the relief prayed for in the petition should not be granted.
