Entrepreneur Jasper Swain is proud to say that he has been successful in a wide variety of business endeavors.
Having already made his mark in the automobile industry, he has recently made successful inroads into the health care arena as the founder and CEO of Partners In Care Inc.
Growing up as part of the expansive Swain family, Jasper was initially influenced by his parent’s work in car renovation and repair.
“I came by the auto trade honestly. My dad, he owned a car lot as well,” he says. “When he retired from everything, I always saw myself taking over from where he left off and doing what he did.”
After graduating from Plymouth High School in 2019, Swain briefly attended Pitt Community College, where he pursued a degree in social work. However, his stint at Pitt would be short-lived as opportunities quickly arose in the automotive sphere.
“Because of my work and the opportunities that started opening up for me, I put college on pause,” he says. “From that point, I ended up fully going into the automotive industry. That’s where I got my start, mostly selling vehicles at first.”
Specifically, Swain started out as a sales consultant for Doug Henry of Greenville, a position that brought opportunity and a multitude of learning experiences.
“So over the next two years. I really learned the industry and I ended up rising up a lot further up into the business. I ended up going into the management side of what I was doing,” he says.
Eventually, Swain became so adept that he decided to go into business for himself.
Before long, Swain ended up becoming the proud owner of Automotive Experts, his own car dealership. Here he became a trusted face to a myriad of customers looking for affordable quality vehicles across the East.
He would also go into business with his brother Eric, a master mechanic who operated Chevelle’s Auto Service, a mobile car and roadside repair service.
With Jasper’s business acumen and his brother’s mechanical know how and work ethic, Chevelle’s transitioned into a brick and mortar establishment that continues to serve customers in Williamson to this day.
“I’m not as directly involved in Chevelle‘s as I used to be. That’s really my brother’s venture now,” he says. “Eric is responsible for most of the daily operations at this point.”
Despite having a number of successful ventures under his purview, it wasn’t long before Swain began to look for his next meaningful endeavor...
