Overcast skies and scattered showers did little to deter golfers from taking to the greens of Plymouth Country Club and testing their mettle for a good cause at the 4th Annual Woo’s Wishes Golf Classic.

Paying no heed to the gray skies, local and visiting players alike played rounds of golf in honor of the legacy of the late Chad Woolard.

More than just a social gathering to honor a fallen friend, Saturday’s golf outing continued to carry on Chad’s dream of supporting and providing for others through the Woo’s Wishes Foundation.

As most who knew him are aware, the foundation’s namesake comes from Chad‘s childhood nickname, “Big Woo...”
