Denise Boston Chambliss 71, of Midlothian, Virginia, died Saturday, December 13, 2025, leaving family in Washington County.

Elder Gregory Boston officiated a service Friday, December 19,at Uniontown Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ). Burial followed in Moore Family Cemetery on McNair Road in Plymouth.

Visitation was held one hour prior to service at Uniontown Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ).

Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth, assisted the family with arrangements.

Julia Jones Cahoon

Julia Faye Jones Cahoon, 82, of Fairfield, died Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville.

A memorial service was held Saturday at Assembly of Praise Church in Columbia.  The family received friends at the church following the service. A private family burial will be held.

Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell, NC.

Reginald Davenport Sr.

Creswell resident Reginald Glenn Davenport Sr., 89, died Sunday, December 14, 2025, at ECU Health Chowan Hospital in Edenton.

A funeral service was held Thursday, December 18, at Philippi Church of Christ in Creswell.

The family received friends prior to the service at the church and other times at the residence.

Burial followed in the church cemetery with full military honors.
