The field is set for March 3 primary elections, featuring some interesting lineups for Washington County posts.

Filing ended at noon, Friday, December 19, for candidates pursuing nominations as Republicans or Democrats for the eventual November general election.

Locally, three Washington County School Board (WCS) seats are up for grabs in the 2026 election cycle and two of those seats feature Democrat primary round contests.
