Plymouth’s landmark pizzeria has new owners who promise more delight for Mama’s Pizza devotees, while whipping up other savory entrees for the palates of diners pursuing more variety.

Erkan Sahin and his nephew, Mohammet Okur, natives of Turkey, took the reins of Mama’s Pizza January 19, unleashing Giovanni Conigliaro from the hometown trattoria where he’s specialized in pizza and lasagna since 1986.
