Washington County School Superintendent Dr. David White, Director of Student Services Dr. William White, Washington County Commissioner Ann Keyes, HR Generalist Ellen Overton, Sunenergy1 Field Operations and HR Manager Cody Jannise and Commissioner Julius Walker stop for a moment to accept a $10,000 check courtesy of Sunenergy on Tuesday, July 21, at the Central Office. The donation came from Sunenergy1 CEO Kenny Habul, whom has long supported initiatives in Washington County, particularly with the Planning and Safety Office. Fittingly, Commissioner Keyes says that the generous donation will go toward training/preparedness enhancements for the district at large in the days to come. (Staff photo by Arthur Howell)

More change is on the way in Washington County Schools, prompting Superintendent David White to anticipate marked success in the upcoming school year, which begins Aug. 17.
