A dog park could be popular in Plymouth and create a gathering spot for people and their pets, says Interim Town Manager Matt Livingston, who is testing the waters to see if there’s support for the idea.
“There are a lot of people with dogs in Plymouth,” Livingston says. “I think many people would enjoy this. It would be a place for dogs to exercise and for people to gather and talk.”
Livingston says a canine facility could be erected with minimal cost to the town — especially if he can convince local business or industry to contribute...
