Ceara Elizabeth Bowman, a frequent flyer in Washington County Court, has a new probation order in place that sets out stringent measures.
Bowman, 32, of Plymouth, has a series of arrests and several convictions for misuse of the 911 emergency system, making false reports to law enforcement and resisting arrest.
Bowman currently has a multitude of charges pending in court for similar offenses, as well as assault and battery, first-degree burglary, child abuse and injury to personal property. Bowman has received suspended sentences and been placed on probation for past crimes, avoiding jail time.
She was back in court September 24 after a probation violation, and District Court Judge Darrell Cayton strengthened her conditions of probation, suggesting weariness with her violations...
