Washington County Commissioner D. Cole Phelps announced he will not seek re-election to the Washington County Board of County Commissioner in 2020.
“I am forever thankful for our residents, my fellow commissioners, and so many of our talented county employees. We were able to accomplish many of the objectives I initially set out when running for election. As a young professional, now I plan to devote more time to my law practice and family,” Phelps said.
