Two people voiced frustration to Washington County’s school board last week about the board’s failure to hear their concerns.
Speaking in the public comment portion of the board’s Tuesday, August 12, meeting, Keisha Cherry-Bailey — reportedly a district housekeeping staffer — and Kerry Baldwin — a recent WCS retiree — both said their public remarks were a last resort, since the board refuses to accommodate a conversation in a closed session of the board.
