The 76-year-old woman who died in an October 16 vehicle collision was incorrectly identified in a Roanoke Beacon report.
Carole Godfrey Hill, of Roper, perished in the crash at the intersection of State Road 94 and Benson Road after the vehicle in which she was a rear-seat passenger was struck by a car that ran a stop sign.
We regret the error.
