Plymouth Police Department’s fleet is down by one vehicle after a pre-dawn crash June 19. A westbound driver on US 64 plowed into an unmarked PPD vehicle that was stopped on the highway with its emergency lights flashing in a pre-dawn col lision Friday, June 19, during a response by PPD and county dep uties to a 911 call reporting a “naked loiterer.”
