Plymouth Police Department is asking for information regarding two separate incidents that injured three people during the weekend.
Two men were injured in an early Sunday morning shooting that remains under investigation, the Plymouth Police Department said.
Officers responded to the area of Albemarle Drive around 1:53 a.m. Sunday, September 13, after a report of shots fired. About 20 minutes later, officers were dispatched to the Emergency Department at Washington Regional Medical Center, where two men with gunshot wounds had arrived.
Police identified the men as Armon J’Quez McNair, 24, of Williamston, and Naquan Lee Wynne, 24, of Plymouth. McNair was shot in the left foot; Wynne was shot in the left thigh.
Neither man provided information about the shooting when questioned by officers, police said. Both were later transported to ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville for further treatment.

In a separate, unrelated incident, a 19-year-old woman is facing a felony charge after a Monday night altercation on Albemarle Drive left another young woman with stab wounds, according to the Plymouth Police Department.
Officers were called to the Albemarle Drive area around 11 p.m. Monday to check on a report of a suspicious person. During that call, officers learned a woman had been stabbed during a fight and had already been taken to Washington Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Police identified the victim as 18-year-old Nyliah Jackson. According to investigators, Jackson had gotten into a physical altercation with another woman when she was stabbed. She was treated for her injuries at the hospital.
Witness statements and further investigation led police to identify the other woman involved as 19-year-old Kyla Davenport. She was arrested and taken before a magistrate, where she was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
Police say the investigation is ongoing. Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has video, photos, or other information, is asked to contact the Plymouth Police Department.
