Fest brings three days of jazz to waterfront

Jazz, blues, R&B, soul and funk will fill Plym outh’s waterfront Sept. 18-20 as Jazz on the Roanoke Music Festival brings three days of music and activities to downtown Plymouth.

The weekend centers on a free music festival Saturday, Sept. 19, from noon to 8 p.m. at Riverfront Park, 302 E. Water St.
